Advisory Partner
As director of this advisory firm, I am responsible for:
1) Transactional Advisory Services:
Supporting the full chain of transactional business value in a Corporate restructure, Acquisition or Sale of business or MBO. This includes Feasibility studies, Due diligence process,Valuations, Deal structuring between parties, Corporate mediation and Capital raising for transactions
2) Financial Advisory Services:
Supporting the board, either through ad-hoc consultation or by having a seat on the board e.g. as Positioned CFO, especially in scenarios of scaling, transition or expansion. Focus is on Value added financial management and strategic execution
3) Internationalization strategy:
We do an analysis of your business in order to recommend the best internationalization strategy for your circumstances and industry, taking into consideration economic trends, proximity to markets, supply chain, tax incentives, regulatory environment, corporate structure etc
4) Impact:
A bespoke offering for the Non-Profit sector, aimed at intervention on a board and executive level. My clients are spread over various sectors, with a client base in Africa & the Middle East.

I worked with at Deloitte and Touche LLP in London, UK , DaimlerChrysler AG in Stuttgart, Germany and was the co-founder of a music publishing and recording company in Stellenbosch.
INTERESTS
I am an avid adventurer, actively partaking in mountaineering, mountain biking and endurance trail running.
I love the richness of diverse cultures and consequently use every opportunity to travel the world to experience it firsthand.
As an extensive reader, I have a broad general knowledge, and constantly aim to broaden my knowledge-base, especially in the fields of biographies, emerging economics, and business strategy.
